More national contracts!

Following on from our agreements with Emma’s Diary and Activity Superstore which provides photographers with family portrait sittings sold exclusively in Boots and Clinton Cards stores, we have added contracts with Groupon and the National Childbirth Trust.

Further contracts with national names are in the process of negotiation in order to provide a continuous flow of leads and studio bookings to compliment a photographer’s local marketing.

Barrett & Coe beat the recession!

We are just five months into 2011 and already four of our ex-students from this year’s courses have opened Barrett & Coe studios in the last two months.

Carl Reeve, who has opened in Hampshire, sold a 24” black and white framed image for £575 from his first family sitting. This came from an Activity Superstore booking, one of Barrett & Coe’s many portrait contracts. Carl also booked his first wedding selection at the basic price of £1,395 (with orders this should amount to around £2,000) before his wedding course had finished. Carl said “Thanks to all your team, I am so motivated!”.

Ian Wilson, recently opened in Caversham, Berkshire says “I just wanted to let you know I’ve sold my first Emma’s Diary Platinum Collection (valued at £710), among others, and after only 5 weeks of being up and running!! Thanks for the support – it’s been brilliant”.

Stuart Turner, whose studio is in Edinburgh, is off to a flying start with one of our national contracts, Groupon. He received 164 “paid for” family sittings in the first twenty four hours of advertising his new Barrett & Coe studio on their website.

Another Barrett & Coe studio has been opened in Bagshot by Brenda Wooldridge, who is an established, experienced photographer, who wants to take advantage of all the Barrett & Coe marketing opportunities to boost her business.
